Report abuse or a safety concern

Almai has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. If you receive objectionable content or encounter an abusive user:

  • In the app, you can report a user or specific content, and block any user, directly from the relevant conversation or profile.
  • You can also email us at [email protected] with the subject “Almai safety report”.

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it. Depending on severity, we may also permanently ban the account and, where appropriate, notify law enforcement.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app, on the Settings tab, using the Delete Account option. You don't need to email or call us to do it.
